Address Change, Order Cancellation, and Order Modification
Address Change: Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at buigiaquan97@gmail.com. Once your order has been packed or shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Order Cancellation/Modification: Please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or modified. Please see our return policy for information on return options.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has shipped.
If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of purchase, please contact us at buigiaquan97@gmail.com.
Tracking time may vary depending on the carrier and customs.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges: International shipping may incur additional taxes, VAT/GST, other fees, and inspections. These charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Customs may delay delivery. This is beyond our control. We comply with international trade and export regulations.
Receiving Issues - What Should I Do?
A) The tracking information shows "Delivered," but I haven't received the package.
Please contact your tenant/neighbor/landlord near the delivery address.
Check the address and tracking number.
If your package is still not delivered, please contact us within 5 business days of the tracking information showing "Delivered." We will investigate with the sender. If we suspect the package was stolen, we reserve the right to request a signed delivery receipt and take legal action.
Note: If the package was stolen, we will not be directly responsible after receiving confirmation of delivery from the sender, but we will do our best to assist you.
B) Damage during transit
Please send us photos/videos within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will replace the item or issue a refund according to our return policy.
Undelivered, Refused, or Undeliverable Orders
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, non-delivery, or the recipient not being home, we may: (i) resend the order (at a charge) or (ii) issue a refund, but will deduct non-refundable shipping and handling fees (even if the original order was free shipping).
If an order is not returned to us (e.g., because the sender was unable to process it), a refund is only possible if the error was caused by us.
Orders and Reshipments
Each successful payment will generate a corresponding order and shipping invoice.
All orders are subject to the same shipping conditions (processing, tracking, customs clearance, and delivery). Please refer to our Terms and Conditions, Section 6.A - Orders and Returns Policy.
Restricted and Special Delivery Addresses
P.O. Box / APO / FPO / DPO: Service may be limited, and delivery times may be longer.
Sanctioned or Restricted Destinations: Due to sanctions or restrictions imposed by the carrier, we may not be able to deliver goods to certain countries. Orders including shipping will be cancelled and refunded.
Danger/Controlled Goods: Due to carrier or government restrictions, some items may not be able to be delivered to certain areas.
Transfer of Title and Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier. We will assist the carrier in investigating any potential claims; this service is free. We recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance for high-value orders.
Pricing and Shipping Errors: Although we always strive for accuracy, errors in pricing, inventory, and shipping may still occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to these errors (even confirmed ones). We will notify you that you can choose to accept the correction or receive a full refund.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or delivery errors caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, strikes, war, epidemics, or government seizures.
